00:07 <K-Yo> plus de lags?
00:09 <ct|kyle> epsy: is there a plan to allow /lock <team name> for admins to use?
00:11 <epsy> non apparemment
00:11 <epsy> ct|kyle, that would need to be able to name teams
00:11 <epsy> ct|kyle, that means many things, and that would be too big for 0.2.8.3 now
00:12 <epsy> at least that's my opinion
00:12 <ct|kyle> ah
00:12 <epsy> but i had that thing in mind
00:12 -!- Ttech [n=ttech@fullcirclemagazine/developer/ttech] has joined #armagetron
00:13 <epsy> ct|kyle, the only thing which could be done would be UNLOCK_ALL_TEAMS
00:13 <epsy> ct|kyle, there's also that allow team change setting, it's still there
00:13 <ct|kyle> or LOCK_ALL_TEAMS
00:13 <ct|kyle> right? or same settings?
00:14 <epsy> #armacfg team_change
00:14 <epsy> #armaconfig team_change

20:03 <armabot> armagetronad: Merging branch 0.2.8 from revision 8363 to 8438:

20:03 <armabot> armagetronad: got rid of the warnings that appeared when loading the default cockpit

20:04 * wrtlprnft hopes he didn't mess anything up. There was a fairly huge pile of conflicts.
20:04 <ct|kyle> ah
20:05 <wrtlprnft> zmanuel, z-man-work: it marked the armagetronad dir as being confliced, probably because of those commits over bzr. I just did svn resolved, I hope that's the right way to deal with it
20:05 <zmanuel> yes, it is.
20:06 <zmanuel> arg, no.
20:06 <zmanuel> svn revert is it.
20:07 <zmanuel> Well, let's see what bzr-svn says to it. It should be able to cope, I think.
20:07 * wrtlprnft doesn't like the idea of svn revert after losing his sanity over merge conflicts
20:07 * zmanuel knows how wrtlprnft feels
20:08 <wrtlprnft> (i know you'd need -r, but it's too risky)
20:08 <zmanuel> Pulling the changes from svn worked, so I think everything is fine.
20:08 <wrtlprnft> ok :-)
20:08 <ct|kyle> wrtlprnft can you help me make a armaconfig for all of CT's settings
20:09 <wrtlprnft> well, the base is arma --doc
20:09 <ct|kyle> yes i've generated that
20:10 <wrtlprnft> well, the only hack I used was in tConfItemBase::DocAll
20:11 <wrtlprnft> i commented out the check for UNDOCUMENTED
20:11 <wrtlprnft> and made it output the current value (which should be the default if you didn't change any settings) after the doc string

20:37 <wrtlprnft> guru3: if you care, <C-A>:number <n> does the trick in screen
20:40 <guru3> i tought that was switching screens
20:40 <guru3> not moving screen 2 to screen 0
20:43 <wrtlprnft> that would be :select ;-D
21:24 * Lackadaisical did it!
21:24 * Lackadaisical made the enemy AI win fortress 1v1

21:42 <Lackadaisical> oh yeah i mean he conquerered my zone
21:42 <wrtlprnft> ooh
21:42 * wrtlprnft likes trying to keep the enemies alive on sumo
21:43 <wrtlprnft> it only works if there's three AIs, otherwise you have no chance
21:47 <Monkey_arma> can specs only be silenced?
21:50 -!- mkzelda is now known as mkzeldaway
22:07 <wrtlprnft> Monkey_arma: what do you mean?
22:12 <Monkey_arma> is there an option/console command to silence spectators but not players
22:12 <Monkey_arma> wrtlprnft,
22:13 <Monkey_arma> and if so, can specs speak to each other while silenced?
22:13 <Monkey_arma> and if not, then we need that
22:13 <wrtlprnft> well, there's silence_all
22:13 <wrtlprnft> which doesn't have any effect on people currently online, but new players will get silenced
22:14 <wrtlprnft> and they can at least still /msg each other
22:14 <wrtlprnft> if you want something else, this sounds like a typical epsy feature ;-)
22:22 <joda_bot> Monkey_arma: on CrazyTronners there is / was a command silence_dead
22:31 <Monkey_arma> ok well it looks like we need some work on silencing...i'll tell epsy
22:32 <joda_bot> Monkey_arma: authentification independend ?
22:32 <Monkey_arma> ?
22:33 <Monkey_arma> joda_bot, I'm not quite sure what u mean but we need quite a few different silence commands imho
22:33 <Monkey_arma> for matches it is important
22:37 <joda_bot> well there is some silence / voice code depending on the authentification status (as far as I can remember)
22:37 <joda_bot> but I guess wrtl might have the better overview
22:38 <joda_bot> in 0.2.8.x
22:39 <wrtlprnft> ACCESS_LEVEL_CHAT Minimal access level for chatting.
22:39 <wrtlprnft> like that? ;-)
22:40 <Monkey_arma> maybe....or maybe not..im not sure
22:41 <Monkey_arma> i still think maybe we need more console options...we will investigate when epsy comes back
22:41 <joda_bot> wrtlprnft: I guess that was what I saw

• Website was created by nelg
• Design:
» Layout is loosely based on an old design by Durf.
» Icons on the tools page were originally by Royce, new icons added will try to follow some of the design language.
» Various other icon selections include icons from Crystal, crystalsvg, oxygen, and breeze icon themes.
» Other icons: fontawesome

is a site that has tools, maps, and other various items. It orignally only existed as a server control panel, but I slowly began adding stuff such as a homepage and tools.

This is an LLM-free zone. In general, I am unwilling to use (fight with) any form of "GenAI" to write code for me. So, for the forseeable future, everything on this site will continue to be written by a very silly goose (wait that's me honk honk) with some parts written by other humans as well (silly hu-mon) rather than any plausible-series-of-words token-eating machine. Even my libraries are out of date, and suddenly that's a good thing!
(Although the style has changed several times and content has been added and changed, the base of this site has barely been updated since 2015. But it Ain't Broke!)
This site is also occasionally tested with older browsers, but compatibility is not guarenteed. Although, if you have an old obscure browser and something isn't working that previously did, I guess you can tell me (nelg) about it...
