[14:04:46] <Z-Man> Or between your compiler version used to compile arma and the one used to compile the boost lib.

[14:06:09] <physkets> it was upgraded to 1.68 two days ago

[14:06:32] <physkets> that is also from the distro, and is up-to-date
[14:06:35] <Z-Man> Ah, if the upgrade was recent, a make clean may help.

Where it only takes reading 11 documentation items, editing three config files, finding out the config options you actually want change are completely ignored, then caving in and doing a hardware configuration change from windows to get your goddammed mouse pointer to behave like it should (no accel AND still decent speed; having either was easy)
[16:38:07] <Z-Man> There ostensibly is a way to configure the hardware itself from Linux, but it doesn't find the mouse and I already lost my will to push through.
[16:38:35] <Z-Man> Now, on to the CD writer that started to refuse to burn since the last Ubuntu update.
[16:39:45] <Z-Man> I don't even remember whether the thing can read Bluray, too. Write, probably not.
