This is an easy way to preview cycle colors before entering them in tron. You can experiment with the values to get just the right color.
To get seperate colors for the cycle and trail, just use values above 15. This occurs in tron because of an overflow bug where the cycle would loop back to the beginning of the 0-15 range but the trail stays at the maximum. While it was technically fixed, it's still enabled in most servers and is still in relative widespread use among players in Armagetron.
