[2021-05-27 04:35:14] <Lucifer_arma> In this meeting, we were talking to people in a rehab facility, telling them why Recovery Dharma is the group they should join.  So we did that.  Afterwards, we talked.
[2021-05-27 04:35:37] <Lucifer_arma> She had very recently been diagnosed with cirrhosis, which is something only drunks get.  Stage 4.  So, she's going to die soon.  Period.
[2021-05-27 04:36:21] <Lucifer_arma> then she told me how she drank 4 glasses of wine and went to the hospital.  Now, she's previously gotten drunk and gone to the hospital for being drunk.  But I've done the same "drink and go to the hospital", and I know how it works.
[2021-05-27 04:36:52] <Lucifer_arma> You only get to the hospital in the first place if you're suicidal.  So I put two and two together and figured out that she got her diagnosis and then drank a bunch in a suicide attempt.
[2021-05-27 04:37:19] <Lucifer_arma> I didn't get to confirm that.  I do try to live a fact-based life, after all, so my suspicions needed confirmation.  When I went to talk to her again, she had disappeared.
[2021-05-27 04:38:02] <Lucifer_arma> Now, she's not answering texts, actual phone calls go straight to voicemail, and she's disappeared from Facebook.  A co-friend of ours has confirmed her disappearance from Facebook.
[2021-05-27 04:38:41] <Lucifer_arma> So, current theory is that she tried to kill herself again (the first wine-drinking incident being a suicide attempt), and that she went to the hospital.  Somehow, in the process, Facebook noticed she was suicidal and temporarily disabled her account.
[2021-05-27 04:39:13] <Lucifer_arma> it's a solid theory.  But there's no way to know what happened if she died.  If she survived, then we'll know when she makes contact again.
