Alps

The region that is considered "alpine". Death zones mark the
position of each country's highest peak, the radius indicates
the height (in 1000 meters; except for Monaco, which has no
actual summit on its territory).

Made for April 1st 2013, when we disguised the ORP server as
"soviet" ("COBETCKNN CEPBEP" - Sovietski server"). No actual
political statement involved.
